My List

If you've been wondering why I haven't been blogging, I'll have you know that I have been very busy!!!! I've had this "to destroy do" list in my head and I finally just decided to stop procrastinating and just get it done!!!
So today I thought I'd share it with you and of course mom was right there with me to take pictures!!!

So first on my list was the chives, I thought they just needed a bit of flattening. As soon as I came back into the house mom knew exactly what I had been up to just by the smell that followed me...and it wasn't roses!!!

Speaking of roses, that was second on my list. If you can't make this out, it was is mom's rose bush. I just didn't think it was in the right spot, so to save mom time I took it upon myself to dig it out for her. Can you believe I didn't even get a thank you!!!!

Third on my list was dad's beautifully manicured lawn. I have no explanation for this one except that it started out to be a fun game and didn't end well at all!!!

OK, this fourth one dad hasn't seen yet....shhhhhh!!!! It's a GINORMOUS stick that I have found in the garden!!! I'm still working on it and I know he's going to be so proud of me when I finally get it out!!!!

And last on my list is dad's new woodwork. All I can say is that I thought the "distressed" look was a better idea...it started out to be a lot of fun....and it ended when I heard dad's truck drive up the street....

....I was sentenced to my bed for the rest of the night!!!! And might I remind you I didn't receive one simple thank you for all my hard work and help (sigh).

News Conference

Thank you everyone for coming. Today I stand before you in this stuffy suit and tie to declare victory against all squirrels across the land and sea (wild cheering from the crowd)!!!! This mission could not have been accomplished without the leadership, courage and bravery from our Commander Tank and his troops. It is because of him that every dog can now look out their window without being taunted by those squirrels. So without further ado I would like to present Commander Tank with this Purple Heart Bone Medal of Honor Award!!!!! Tank, please accept this award on behalf of all the troops from Whack-A-Squirrel and hang it proudly on your blog for you have deserved it, my furiend!!!! BOL!!!!

Mission Accomplished

After a long hard battle with those pesky squirrels I am proud to say that we have completed our mission, but I must say they didn't go down without a fight!!!!

They were ready and waiting for us, someone must have given them a paw's up on the attack....I'm guessing it was the neighborhood turned spy cat!!!!

Wonder if they realized how ridiculous they look...bol!!!!

Those dumb squirrels had no plan of defense and turned on each other instead!! Out of respect, Mom didn't think it was a good idea to show any of the battlefield pictures...after all squirrels do have families, too. So I will leave it to your imaginations!!!!

Here I am coming in for a landing with a surprise guest!!!! Can you guess who it is???

Well, if you guessed  Commander Tank than you're right!!!! Here we are after a long hard battle that I couldn't have done without him!!! His leadership and bravery will not go unnoticed so with that being said I will be holding a news conference later this week. One last thing, I can't end this without giving a bark out to some of my furiends who sacrificed their time and live's. So when you visit their blog's make sure you give them a great big paw's up!!!
