I guess our funniest (one of many, mind you) story is when I brought Sam to obedience. He failed it twice, just so you know. The first night we showed up it was like I had a rather large fish on the end of my leash - he was flopping and fighting and howling and carrying on so... I couldn't fill out the paperwork. Finally, a very drunk guy who was hanging out in the park came up and asked if I needed someone to hold my dog. I was so exasperated I said yes! Please! So I'm filling out the paperwork, and start to hear all this laughing. I turn around and the guy is flat on the ground. He stands up, and Sam pulls him the other way and knocks him down. This went on for a good couple of rounds before I was done with my paperwork. You would never know that the extremely good dog I have now was such a menace in his puppy days!

What? What's in my mouth you ask?! Well why don't you guess! Oh forget it, I'm a puppy I have no patience...no it's not a cigar, nooo it's not a "baby ruth"!!! Although mom and dad have had to extricate a couple from my mouth from time to time, not the chocolate kind either...nope I like the real deal! Hey I'm not ashamed!!! You know the first part of taking care of a problem is admitting you have one, right?! I'm a dog, my name is Maggie and I'm a poopaholic. Ok, there I admit it. Phew, that felt great!!! And for the record, Miley takes no part in my habit, just sayin'. Anyways, it's just an old stick people!!!! And for those of you that think this was TMI, sorry but I'm just a pup, a very cute one that's trying to learn her manners!! Wonder how long I can get away with that excuse!! BOL!!!

Um...helllloooo????? Mommmmmm!!!!!!!!!! Get off the damn 'puter Could you please kindly get up and let us in......its raining!!!  Put the camera down and open the door already!!!! Geesh!!!!

Wordless Wednesday

Let the Fun Begin!!!!!!!!!

Well after 10 looooooong months (as mom would say), dad is going back to work on Monday!!!!First thing that came to my mind was "yes!!! back to the gourmet dog treats"!!! And then it hit me like a tons of bricks...for all you pups that have a master and then have someone that wishes she was your master, you know what this means!!! As soon as dad puts on his boots, grabs his lunch and the garage door shuts....let the good times roll!!!!

First on the list, take control of the couch and if mom comes near...just completely ignore her. This is going to be so good, Maggie has never seen or experienced what happens when dad leaves for work so this is all new to her!!! Boy is she in for a treat!! BOL!!!!

Next up, play some video games with Kailey before school and hopefully sneak in a few pieces of crust from her toast...she's a sucker for puppy dog eyes

And for some good measure...take the trash out.... ok, ok just had to sneak that one in there....dumb cat

I'll have to find some time to perform a "duckotomy", it's tough work but someone's gotta do it!!!

then I'll probably just stare out the window til I hear that garage door open and I'll put on my angel face for daddy...

 This is my mom's sister-in-law's blog, she's pretty famous ya know!!! Yeah, she is a cook and she has published her very own cookbook and of course she's quite an accomplished blogger, as you can see. But there's only one big downfall...she doesn't have a dog!!! Nope, notta one!!! She's a pretty cool cat though, well not literally, she's allergic to cats. BOL!!! Anywho, mom has made a lot of her recipes and can I tell you that those were the best table scraps that have EVER passed my lips!!! Sorry mom, but I cannot tell a lie. This cookbook is all about make-ahead meals, so our humans can make all the meals ahead of time which will give them even more time to play with us, no excuses!!! Now why didn't I ever think of that!!! I know many of my bloggie furiends have other blogs that don't pertain to dogs, (gasp) I guess there is more to life than treats, belly rubs and digging so go hop on over and give her a visit, please be polite though...no barking, jumping, begging and of course please hold your pee!!! BOL!!!
